LocalPersonas provides tools for generating company personas, digital twins, simulated customer feedback, campaign reports, and related planning insights. The service is intended to assist business decision-making and does not guarantee campaign performance, cost savings, revenue, or advertising outcomes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it reasonably current.
You may not share accounts in a way that violates your plan, impersonate another person or business, or attempt to access systems, data, or accounts you are not authorized to use.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Paid plans renew according to the billing interval presented at purchase unless canceled in accordance with the applicable billing flow. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing, packaging, or feature limits prospectively. Any changes will apply to future billing periods and will not retroactively alter services already paid for.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of the information and content you submit. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, analyze, store, and display that content for operating, securing, supporting, and improving the service.
The service uses automation and AI systems to generate persona simulations, recommendations, and reports. AI outputs may be incomplete, subjective, or inaccurate and should be reviewed by a human before use in live campaigns.
You are responsible for how you interpret and use AI-generated outputs, and for any business, legal, or marketing decisions made based on them.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, create legal or security risk, or if continued access would harm the service or other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalPersonas is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free functionality, or that outputs will be accurate, profitable, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalPersonas and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or advertising performance arising out of your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
